Hi, I’m Sarah, a self taught artist whose love for art  began in childhood.

I started by drawing cartoons, then moved into animal drawings before developing a passion for portraiture and detailed pencil work. At 18, I completed my first oil painting and soon found myself drawn to seascapes and ocean scenes filled with drifting ships and distant horizons.

In 2019, I won the first #Colour4Life competition with Faber-Castell Australia and have proudly been an ambassador for six years. My work has been exhibited multiple times, most recently in China, and collected across Australia. I have built a community of over 100,000 followers across my social media platforms, where I share my creative journey and finished works.

In 2023, I used gouache for the first time and began my “Learning How to Paint with Gouache” series on TikTok, documenting the process of understanding the medium in my sketchbook. Through that journey, I fell in love with gouache, and it has since become my primary medium. Today, my work leans into fantasy, inspired by my love of reading and storytelling, with the aim of creating immersive worlds that invite viewers to step inside. 

Art has always been my way of exploring the world around me, and now it is my way of opening doors to new ones.
